Editorial Illustration
I’ve created editorial illustrations for a wide range of print and online publications, including cover art, full-page features and spot illustrations. My work is often used to bring warmth, clarity or a sense of play to complex or serious subjects.
Clients include Bulletin Magazine, Activist Magazine, WI Life and a mix of local, regional and national titles across the UK.
With a background in design, I understand how illustrations need to work within a layout and not just look good on their own. I think about space, flow, and legibility as part of the illustration process, which makes things easier for the people putting the page together.
